Cancellation policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS PLACED). We encourage all customers to double check their order before placing it. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Our products are applied directly to clients’ eyes, making it unsafe and unethical to resell returned items. In addition, due to health concerns including COVID-19, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.

 

PICK UP ORDERS: NO returns or exchanges are allowed if the order has been picked up already. We can only return or exchange items that have not been picked up by the customer yet. Please double check your order before purchasing.
