Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS PLACED). We encourage all customers to double check their order before placing it. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Our products are applied directly to clients’ eyes, making it unsafe and unethical to resell returned items. In addition, due to health concerns including COVID-19, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges. We cannot cancel your order if you forget to add a discount code or want to reorder the items for a sale.
PICK UP ORDERS: NO returns or exchanges are allowed if the order has been picked up already. We can only return or exchange items that have not been picked up by the customer yet. Please double check your order before purchasing. We cannot cancel your order if you forget to add a discount code or want to reorder the items for a sale (even if you haven't picked it up yet).
DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 3 days of your delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 3 days we can no longer replace your defective item.
GIFT CARDS AND EBOOKS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on eBooks or gift cards.
INSURANCE: All packages come with insurance! Up to $200 coverage. Please contact us if your package is ever lost, stolen, or damaged in transit!
