Refund policy
All sales are finals, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19 and MONKEYPOX. No refunds under any circumstances.
ANOTHERFCKINLASHOP is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please make sure you enter in the correct address before pressing purchase. Please make sure if you have an apartment number, that you provide that information otherwise your package will be sent back to us and you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
We cannot change or replace any items once an order has been placed. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed due to the volume of orders that we receive.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 3 days of your delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 3 days we can no longer replace your defective item.
Gift cards and eBooks
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on eBooks or gift cards.
Insurance
All packages come with insurance! Up to $200 coverage ;) Please contact us at if your package is ever lost, stolen, or damaged in transit!
